It’s hard to find a better piece of pie in the Chattahoochee Valley. The Banana Farm’s pear pie is a favorite at all special events and family gatherings. The recipe is a so secretive that the chef won’t even share it with this humble blogger.

I had the lobster… and it was goooood. Already pulled so I didn’t have to work for it, dipped in butter, and accompanied by a modest baked potato. For dessert was a tasty apple crumble with vanilla bean ice cream. Mmmmm
