Great lunch specials! Sicilian Swai Pasta, Horseradish Swai, and Shrimp over Grits. Yummy!!

Homemade brown rice sushi rolls. California roll, smoked salmon avocado, and veggie with carrots cucumber and avocado. This was easily the most difficult meal I have ever made. “Patients is virtue” rings true for this challenge, but well worth it!
