I used samples from my Tastefully Simple spring/summer line to feed the crowds at the Vault’s Royal Wedding Reception. Yummy AND fun!

While Josh and I were at LL Bean’s flagship store, he felt hungry. And conveniently locate in the store is this place. I got their special: a cup of the Beef Stroganoff soup. Not bad. Also enjoyed their roast beef wheat wrap!

Love these things!

Never had a dessert entrée before, but this totally works! It’s pan-seared Casco Bay Scallops with Maine blueberry sauced and served with goat-cheese risotto. So much perfectly cooked scallops, rich, creamy, and sweet. It’s a unlikely combination, but a a unreal experience!

Jane’s Senior Band Banquet may have been the best of her high school band career. BBQ Chicken, green beans, corn, rice, salad, and a slice of cheese cake for dessert.

Second time coming here. And enjoyed it. I got the “Ribs and Wings”. The ribs flavored with the “famous” “Honey BBQ” sauce, while the wings were “mild”. They both were good, but love the fries!

When at the house, I’m always snacking on Frosted Mini-Wheats with a touch of fruit in the middle. Mixed Berry flavor.

Cooked dinner for a friend last night and decided to try this recipe from AllRecipes.com. So yummy but I am already thinking of modifications!
