One of the best salads in town. I don’t know of another place in Columbus where you can eat like this for $3.00 (you pay by weight). I bring my own salad dressing though: they don’t have Ranch or Honey Mustard.

Hot Pot at home – San Francisco, CA

Good day for hot pot! Load it up!

Unique Food – Rice Punch

A refreshing dessert drink after a Korean meal, mainly to cool down from their infamous hot and spicy food! And yes, there is it. Basically it’s rice in simple syrup.

Unique Food – Dragon Fruit from Vietnam

Dragon Fruit exposed after cutting the skin off. Tastes earthy with a subtle sweetness.

Boulevard Cafe – Daly City, CA

Saw this place along the way to Wing Stop. I noticed there’s a lot of people in there. So why not? Looks pretty fancy for a diner! Their Dinner Menu. All-American burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle with my choice of pepper jack cheese and garden salad. Unlike some restaurants, they actually seasoned the [...]

Wing Stop – Daly City, CA

I heard many good things about this place. And come on, who doesn’t love fried, flavored, chicken wings? Their take-out menu. Family Pack deals. From top to bottom: Cajun, Hickory Smoked BBQ, and Garlic Parmesan.  After debating between the Hickory Smoked BBQ and the Garlic Parmesan, Garlic Parmesan wins, and many would agree with me!

Summer Squash Casserole – Columbus, GA

This is by FAR one of my favorite recipes to make in the Spring and Summer time. I am not a big squash person either but this dish is delicious and it is from the Southern Living Farmers Market cookbook. Enjoy!
