We’ll, I got stuck in LaGuardia again. But there is a light at the end of this tunnel… food. The airport has gone organic and fancy, even if the bathrooms still look like a homeless shelter stall… but I digress. I started with a Winter Apple Tea, consisting of white tea, apple juice, cinnamon, Ginger, and a twist of lemon. Very good.
For the course, we have a Trout Almandine, with a side of ratatoullie. Yeah, the peasant dish from the Disney cartoon.  I was curious and had to try it. It did not disappoint. Like a pizza casserole. Very good.
