Complementary soup in a clay pot: Not sure what’s called, but it contains carrots, thin tofu “skin”, and other Chinese medicinal ingredients…

Mmm… Their popular “crunchy” pork stomach with scallions, celery, onions, and a spicy oyster sauce!

Stir fry bean sprouts with pork intestines, onions, and scallions.

Lamb stew with lettuce cooked in a clay pot and served with “fu yu” (fermented tofu) dipping sauce!

Bitter melon (and yes, it’s really bitter) cooked in clear soup with pork, garlic, celery, and shiitake mushrooms

Shiitake mushroom and tender chicken rice cooked in a clay pot with carrots, Chinese sausage, and topped with soy sauce and scallions.
